This will shape the rest of their lives. It impacts their personal identities, their educational options, and afterwards, their ability to have a successful and rewarding career.
We know how to solve this problem.
The research is clear: tutoring is the best way to drastically increase student learning. And over the last 6 years, we’ve shown that students in the some of the highest poverty schools in the state can significantly increase their academic growth with the right support. And we’re shown that with a few years of coaching, the vast majority of these students can be meeting state standards. We think the data speaks for itself.
